Link Allen

Link Allen represents a fifth generation in the real estate business; real estate is in his blood. Link graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara, after which, he went on to earn his real estate and then his broker’s licenses. He has been working in partnership with his mother, veteran agent Nan Allen, for more than a decade. They have a relationship-based approach with a client-first-and-always reputation, earning respect from clients and peers alike.

Link is a consummate professional. He is creative, detail-oriented, and thorough, and prides himself on his research, evaluation, and problem-solving skills. He taps into those attributes and skills to deliver an excellent client experience. He has lived in Marin County for his entire life, which makes him uniquely qualified to help his clients navigate. He has firsthand experience of what it is like to grow up in Marin and knows the county like the back of his hand. His ultimate goal is to help his clients own their dream homes, and he is committed to doing whatever it takes to achieve it.

Link continues to educate himself, particularly in the area of technology, exploring ways to use technology to better serve his clients. Technology is both his hobby and his passion. In his spare time, he can be found on the golf course or running paths.
